[edit] What is a Piss Test?
A piss test involves the donor giving a sample of piss to the drug testing entity to test for drug use. After collection from the donor, the piss sample is either tested on-site or sent out to a lab for a more exhaustive piss test. On-site piss testing provide qualitative results, and when supplemented with laboratory-based confirmation piss tests, can be defended in a court of law.

 | A piss test is a procedure which requires that one provide a sample of piss. Either a test card is used on site for immediate results or the sample is sent away to a lab to undergo gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (also known as GCMS) piss test. The majority of piss tests administered in pre-hire and even most probate scenarios are of the immediate, and less accurate "at home" variety. Most "dip stick" type piss tests have higher thresholds for a positive than do the GCMS piss tests. If a positive result (drug presence indicated) is found, the sample is usually sent to a lab for GCMS confirmation. This is largely due to the costliness of GCMS laboratory testing and time it takes to process and receive results. |

Tampering generally involves drinking water, substituting clean piss or using piss additives to beat a piss test.

While piss dilution (drinking excessive water) is useful to beat a piss test, it isn't 100% reliable, especially for heavy daily users. Excessive drinking of water to beat a piss test can also be potentially fatal.

This process involves using someone elses 'clean' piss in place of your own to beat a piss drug test. This approach to beat a piss drug test is very risky if the piss test is supervised.

Some people try to tamper with the piss sample by adding adulterants to their piss sample. This is an old school approach to beat a piss test. Basically some type of adulterant (bleach, etc) or commercially available piss additive is added to the piss test sample.
This approach should be used only as a last resort, since any piss adulterant can be chemically detected if labs take the trouble to do so. A number of piss adulterants may cause negatives on the commonly used EMIT test to help you beat that type of piss test, but not necessarily other tests. In an emergency, you might fool an EMIT test by adding a few drops of Visine® to the piss test sample. Other common adulterants include detergent, bleach, salt, and the cleaning solution glutaraldahyde, but most of these are easily detected by smell or visual inspection. No additive is 100% reliable, and all involve a substantial risk of detection.
You must be very careful when using a piss additive to beat a piss test:
- piss additives can be detected.
- Subjects may be observed or made to disrobe beforehand the piss test, and cheating isn't forgiven.

By far the best method to beat a piss test. These typically work by flushing toxins from your urinary tract so that your piss sample is clean when given to the testing authority. Advantages are as follows:

- Undetectable.
- You bring nothing into the test environment.

[edit] Naturally beat a piss test
The general strategy to naturally beat a piss test is to increase your fluid intake and piss flow so as to dilute the concentration of drugs in the piss sample below the threshold of detection which will enable you to beat a piss test. An hour or two before the test, you should fill your bladder with fluids - as much as you can drink. Water is fine - contrary to popular rumor, there is NO evidence that goldenseal, vinegar, niacin, or vitamin C help beat a piss test. However, high-dosage aspirin may reduce the sensitivity of the EMIT piss test for pot (only). Many people wash themselves out for several days in advance by drinking a lot and exercising, but there is no reason to think this is useful to beat a piss test. In no case should you give your first piss of the morning, since drug metabolites tend to build up during your sleep.
You may also want to take a large dose (50-100 milligrams) of vitamin B-2, available in B-complex multivitamins. The purpose of this is to color your piss yellow, since otherwise you are likely to produce clear, watery piss, which makes some collectors suspicious (contrary to rumor, vitamin C won't help).
You can boost your fluid output by taking diuretics, which stimulate urination. Weak diuretics include coffee, cranberry juice, certain health food products and over-the-counter pills for pre-menstrual water retention.
While the above steps can assist you beat a piss test it is best to use some type of commercially available detoxification product to beat a piss test.
